How do I book a ticket online?
Enter your departure town, destination and travel date on the home page, choose a bus and seat, fill in passenger details and pay with M-PESA or Airtel Money. Your e-ticket is sent by SMS.
Which payment methods are accepted?
M-PESA, Airtel Money and Visa/Mastercard. You can also pay cash at any Mash Poa office.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use Manage booking with your ticket number and phone. Changes are free up to 24 hours before departure; cancellations attract a 20% fee.
How much luggage can I carry?
One checked bag up to 20 kg and one small carry-on are included. Extra luggage is charged at the office.
When should I arrive at the terminal?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure with your ID and e-ticket SMS.
Do you travel to Uganda?
Yes — daily services run between Nairobi/Mombasa and Kampala via Busia and Malaba. Carry a valid passport or East African ID.
