Tickets

Tickets are valid only for the date, time and seat shown. Passengers must present a valid ID matching the ticket name.

Changes are free up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations attract a 20% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

One checked bag (max 20 kg) and one carry-on are included. Mash Poa is not liable for cash, jewellery or electronics in checked luggage.

Smoking, alcohol and disruptive behaviour are not permitted on board. The company may refuse travel without refund.

Departure times are indicative. Mash Poa is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic or circumstances beyond its control.
