What we collect

Name, phone number, email and payment confirmation details needed to issue your ticket and contact you about your trip.

To process bookings, send e-tickets and travel updates by SMS, and to provide customer support.

We do not sell your data. Payment details are handled by M-PESA, Airtel Money or our card processor and never stored by us.

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing reports@masheastafrica.com.
